🌱 BPlanet Joins Greenvolt Communities to Create a Renewable Energy Community

BPlanet is taking a decisive step towards sustainability and energy efficiency. In partnership with Greenvolt Communities, we have installed over 2,200 solar panels, creating a 1.2 MW photovoltaic power plant with the capacity to generate 1,786 MWh of clean energy per year.

The energy produced will be used by the shopping center itself and also shared with the 73 stores and restaurants in the retail space, making BPlanet more independent from the national power grid and helping tenants reduce their energy costs.

This initiative makes BPlanet the first retail space in the sector to join a Greenvolt Communities-led Renewable Energy Community.
